Welcome to Tidewater Dirt Riders Club!

We are thrilled that you are interested in becoming a member!

Before you proceed, there are a few things we want to be sure you know in advance. Please read this page carefully.

  • The membership dues cycle runs from signup date for 12 months; applications for membership are accepted throughout the year. Annual membership dues are $300 per household which includes the primary member, their spouse/partner, and household members under age 21. All new members pay dues for the current cycle when they join.
  • Tidewater Dirt Riders has rules designed to keep members safe:  DOT approved helmets are required for all riders any time a machine is running.
  • Tidewater Dirt Riders has not yet implemented any noise policy. While the Club understands that some riders like to customize their machines, noise is the leading cause of trail closures and problems with neighbors. Your bike must be equipped with a working silencer, excessive loud bikes that have missing silencer, parts, or empty silencers might get rejected at our properties at the discretion of our land managers or club officers.
  • Currently TDR has not implemented a work party requirement for our members, though it is highly recommended that you participate in the club and also join randomly announced work parties at club lands or race venues. Remember you are joining a "Club" and not a pay-to-ride business. Everything we offer is created with volunteer hours!
    • Off-road riding is inherently dangerous; All members are required to sign a liability waiver when they join.
    • Members are required to sign in and out each time they visit Tidewater Dirt Riders properties. This is easily done using the sign-in sheet available in the mailbox at the gate.

If you would like to become a member, please click the 'Join Now' button on the bottom of this page. You will need to submit an application with your contact information and must agree to abide by the Club rules and policies. The information you submit will be reviewed and, once approved, you will be notified and provided with instructions on how to submit payment via our website.

After payment is confirmed, you receiver further information on how to access the trails. Please note that until you have received those instructions you MAY NOT RIDE ON OUR PROPERTIES.

We hope you decide to become a member and we look forward to seeing you on the Tidewater Dirt Riders trails!

Tidewater Dirt Riders strives to have the best trail systems possible and is always looking for new riding areas to expand our great club. If you know about any properties where off-highway vehicle ridership can happen, please let us know!

    Sincerely,

The Officers at Tidewater Dirt Riders
